Founded in 1985 by Peter Schlosser, our family-run company has stood for trust, expertise and continuity for over 40 years. Since our founding, we have supported freight forwarders, transport companies, carriers and logistics businesses with tailored insurance solutions – in Germany and worldwide.

We are a second-generation family business. Starting out as a one-man operation, our focus remains on the values and mindset of an owner-managed company — rather than the pure profit optimisation typical of large corporations.

Contracts Department
The contracts department ensures that all insurance policies are set up correctly, reviewed and managed. It is the central point of contact for adjustments, queries and the ongoing administration of existing policies.

Claims-Team
The claims team manages insurance cases from initial notification through to settlement. It assesses claims, coordinates the next steps and ensures swift, transparent and fair processing.

Underwriting Agency AKGS
As an underwriting agency, AKGS develops and manages specialised insurance solutions. The team takes on tasks such as product design, risk assessment and collaboration with insurers, in order to provide tailored solutions for clients.
